STARTERS

LEEK AND POTATO SOUP

Served with crusty bread roll.

SALMON AND PRAWN COCKTAIL

Crispy leaf salad cherry tomato and Marie Rose sauce.

CHICKEN SATAY SKEWERS

Tender chicken fillet with a satay sauce.

MAIN COURSE

MINTED LAMB HENRY

Braised in a red wine and mint sauce.

ROAST CHICKEN BREAST

On a bed of wild mushrooms and a Madeira sauce.

OVEN BAKED COD FILLET

Served with a three cheese sauce and braised leeks.

VEGETARIAN

ROAST CAULIFLOWER STEAK

Served with crispy fried onions, cheese sauce and pea pureé.
